Global Development Analyst, The Walt Disney Company

Micaela is an analyst for Disney Parks, Experiences & Products (DPEP). She serves on their Global Development team, bringing the magic of The Walt Disney Company’s powerful brands and franchises into the daily lives of families and fans around the world. Prior to joining Disney, Micaela interned with Financial Technology Partners, an investment bank headquartered in San Francisco. She worked on three sell-side M&A deals and one capital raise, including the $3.5 billion acquisition of Assurance by Prudential. Micaela graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California in three years with a dual major in Economics and Mathematics and a minor in Real Estate Finance. While on campus, she was an active member of the Reformed University Fellowship and the Economics Department, working as the Digital Project Manager for the USC Dornsife Economic Councils. In her free time, Micaela hang glides, snowboards, wake surfs, and hikes. She will soon be teaching Yoga Sculpt at her local Corepower Yoga studio.
