Hailey is a research assistant for the International Monetary Fund (IMF). She graduated from the University of Southern California, double majoring in Economics/Mathematics and Central European Studies. During her undergraduate career, she served as the president of the Economics Association and a co-editor and contributor with the USC Economics Review. Hailey was also Phi Beta Kappa and an Easterlin Fellow. In the future, Hailey plans to earn a doctorate in economics and continue pursuing a career in policy-oriented research dealing with the economies of Europe and the former Soviet Union.
