Carolina has over a decade experience in finance across different fields including the energy, infrastructure, consulting, and wealth management. She worked in wealth management for 6 years before transitioning to financial planning and analysis at a global power company AES Corporation where she worked on renewable energy projects such as energy storage and wind farms. She currently works on the finance team at a DTLA startup Virgin Hyperloop One where she plays an integral role in the financial planning and analysis of engineering projects associated with the research and development of the first hyperloop system. She holds bachelors in Economics and Architecture from USC and a masters in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
