Barbara is Vice President Total Rewards for Keruig Dr. Pepper Inc., the largest publicly traded wholesale food distributor in the United States and Canada, overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR Analytics as part of the Human Resources function. Prior to her current position, she was Vice President, Total Rewards for Iron Mountain, Inc. Her career spans over 25 years in the human resources field in multiple industries including high-growth companies, mature and turnaround organizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Among these were Integra LifeSciences, Inc.; Sandoz, Inc – A Novartis Company; PG&E Corporation; and Genentech, Inc. Barbara serves on the Board of Directors of Courageous Sailing in Boston, a non-profit youth organization that helps disadvantaged youths build skills and confidence through sailing. She holds a B.A. in economics and several professional designations including Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, and Global Remuneration Professional. She is a former president of the USC chapter of Omega Delta Epsilon (ODE), the international honor society in the field of economics.
